Puneet Sabhnani founded NeuraRock Consulting in 2025 on the belief that artificial intelligence should serve humanity, not create new forms of risk. He holds AI and finance credentials from Oxford, Wharton, ACCA and CFI, alongside AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification.
His background in financial services and governance means the AI he helps deploy is not only practical, but trusted where regulation matters.
Puneet founded and leads the Gibraltar chapter of The AI Collective, whose inaugural launch convened the jurisdiction’s fintech leaders, senior lawyers, CTOs, consultants and entrepreneurs around responsible, practical AI adoption.
He has delivered AI training and keynotes across Gibraltar’s business community, including corporate advisory workshops and annual policy workshop panels.
